patient has episodes which can be manic, depressive or schizophrenic
what is munchausen’s disorder?
factitious symptom production for gain
what is somatisation disorder?
recurrent changing physical symptoms
belief still held after Ix, want Tx
what is hypochondriasis?
asking for investigations to find a disease that has disabling consequences
what is conversion disorder?
not for gain
