  • No provision for compulsory Tx of physcial problems (Only mental health problems)

  • Person has a mental disorder
  • Medical Tx is available which could stop their condition getting worse, or help treat some of their symptoms
  • If that medical tx was not provided, there would be a significant risk to the person or others
  • Because of the persons mental disorder, their ability to make decisions about med Tx is significantly impaired
  • Use of compulsory powers is necessary
