What is the management of pseudogout?

A

For any acute inflamed swollen joint aspirate to exclude septic arthritis

Acute Attack: NSAIDs, cooling packs, Steroid injections.

Long Term- Methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine may be considered for CCP inflammatory arthritis
