I-portal: portal edema, inflammation, ductal proliferation; II-periportal: periportal fibrosis +/- inflammation beyond limiting plate; III-septal: septal fibrosis, bridging necrosis or both; IV-cirrhotic: biliary cirrhosis
Where is the most common location for development of a dominant biliary stricture?
