A

Less than 100 hours in type (including IOE) and must notify Captain upon reporting.

What can’t a low-time FO do?

A

Takeoffs (through cleanup) and approaches (from 3000 AGL & below) when:
- Runway:
- is contaminated
- RVR is 4000 or less
- braking action less than “Good”
- crosswind component >15 kts
- Operating at airport with 3/4 SM or less
- Operating at Special Qual Airport
- Any reported windshear
- Other circumstances as determined by Captain as non-normal
