Definition of Cowl Icing Conditions:
A
OAT or TAT is 10C or below and:
- Visible moisture in any form is present in flight, or below 400 AGL for ground ops, or
- When operating on wet or contaminated surfaces

A
OAT is 5C or below, or TAT is 10C or below and:
- Visible moisture in any form is present in flight, or below 400 AGL for ground ops, or
- When operating on wet or contaminated surfaces

Cowl Anti Ice must be on when:
A
- All ground and flight operations in icing conditions, except when SAT is below -40C.
- When ICE is annunciated.

Wing Anti Ice must be on when:
A
- Takeoff and Inflight when ICE is annunciated.
- When icing conditions exist and speed is less than 230 KIAS, except when SAT is below -40C
- 200 only: Wing anti ice must be ON for two minutes prior to T/O during all ground ops of 5C and below unless anti ice fluid has been applied.
