• Visible moisture in any form is present in flight, or below 400 AGL for ground ops, or
• When operating on wet or contaminated surfaces

• 200 only: Wing anti ice must be ON for two minutes prior to T/O during all ground ops of 5C and below unless anti ice fluid has been applied.
