Explain SLT
A
SLT is a theory of learning process and social behaviour which can be acquired by imitating others/ role models (parents , siblings or celebrities)

A
When someone is influential for a individual which can be referred as model. A person becomes a role model if they are seen to be similar to the observer.

A
People (especially children) are much more likely to imitate the behaviour of people who they identify.

Psychologist Bandura carried out an experiment involving children who observed aggressive or non aggressive adult and were then tested for imitative learning in the absence of the model.
