No. Proverbs 22:17 and Proverbs 24:23 refer to the “sayings of the wise” and Proverbs 30 is attributed to Agur son of Jakeh and 31:1-9 to King Lemuel.

10:1 and 25:1 headings include his name and that they were “copied by the men of Hezekiah king of Judah. Most likely some editors gathered Chapter 25-29 to the early collections.
