Cardiac arrest

A
Check for responsiveness 
Start CPR 30 compressions to 2 breathes, Apply monitor 
Unwitnessed arrest 5 min of CPR 
Rhythm check
Start CPR while charging monitor
Stop CPR CLEAR and shock
Start CPR immediately 2 min
Start IV/IO, Intubate when appropriate 
Push 1mg of Epi IV/IO
After 2 min stop CPR for rhythm check
Continue CPR while charging monitor
Stop CPR, CLEAR, and shock
Immediately start CPR 
Administer 300mg of Amiodarone 
Continue CPR for 2 min
Stop CPR for rhythm check
Start CPR while monitor is charging
Stop CPR, clear, shock
Immediately start CPR
Administer 1mg of Epi
After 2 min of CPR rhythm check
Start CPR while charging monitor
Stop CPR, clear, shock
Immediately start CPR 
Administer 150 mg of Amiodarone 
Consider Hs and Ts

A

Epi auto injector .3 mg
Hydrocortisone 100mg IV/IO/IM

Mild Distress
Diphenhydramine 25-50 mg IV/IO/IM

Medcontrol order

Epi 1-10000 0.1mg -0.5 mg IV/IO
Epi infusion 1-10 mcg/min in 250 ml IV/IO
Dopamine 2-20 mcg/kg/min IV/IO
