A
One amino group and the carboxyl group of another amino acid join together with the elimination of water (condensation).

What are essential amino acids?
A
Amino acids required by the body for protein synthesis but that must be acquired through the diet.

A
By enzyme hydrolysis.

A
When heated, intermolecular bonds are broken which cause the protein to change shape (denature).
