It makes up the protein synthesizing machinery. aka the ribosome

Occurs at ribosomes that are either free in the cytoplasm or are attached to ER

It takes a “copy” of DNA for the amino acid sequence of the protein, and carries it from the nucleus to the ribosome

A
Delivers the required amino acid to the ribosome to allow for protein synthesis
