R v Adan Keynan; court quashed a nolle prosequi after AG entered when 11/40 witnesses had been heard in order to charge the accused with other persons. it was refused by the court as it was prejudicial to the accused. therefore, nolle prosequi can be denied on certain grounds such as when it’s prejudicial to the accused.
