1. 8 person of same stature + must be done privately
2. witness provide descirptin before identification
3. witness cannot see the 8 before the lineup
4. 8 must be informed of why they are there and after must be asked by police if it was conducted fairly and their reply noted.

7. witness can ask them to move around but they all have to do the same thing.
8. The same person cannot be used again for IP
9. witness after identifying the person must point and touch and after must be confronted with the witness.
