What is CCB and what is its main function
A
Change Control Board, is the formal change request procedure, consist of Core 3, CPM and others when needed. The CCB approves if a CR (Change Request) is to be handled, which solution to go for, if a proposal shall be prepared and what to communicate to the customer.
