How are divided the job stages?
They are divided in groups of three:
From JS 1 to 3 are INSTRUCTION DRIVEN.
From JS 4 to 6 are INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTION.
From JS 7 to 9 are LEADERSHIP
How is structured a job role?
Job roles are grouped into Job Role Families.
Job Role families are owned by a functional area.

Ex. English language, Security Sally and knowledge. - Specialized competencies that defines the orientation of a job Role.
