Identify the period of time for which found property must be held
A
- Property of little value and money under $50 can be held after 1 month
- For all other properties, the period is 2 months

Requirements for labelling property
A
- File number or event number
- Operation name or occupiers name
- What the item is
- Where the item was found
- Name of person finding or seizing the exhibits
- Your name
- Your QID
- The date
- Temporary exhibit number or the exhibit register number

At which point are seized items disposed or returned to owner
A
- A decision is made to not bring proceedings
- Item is forfeited to the crown or released under a District Court order
- If proceedings for the offence regarding the seized item is 6+ months old and request for item to be returned has been made
