A

Notebook entry:
Finder, description of property, does finder want to claim it, circumstances, DTG etc.

Confirmation:
Check property details against notebook and have finder sign the entry.

Watch house action:
Have it checked and keeper sign your notebook

POL263:
Found property report. Mail original to finder

Label and secure:
Use POL220 label. Secure in property office (money or valuables in a safe or security cabinet)
