Prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells Flashcards
What are prokaryotic cells?
The prokaryotic cell are simple cells, best called bacterias, doesn’t have a established nucleous
What is the prokaryotic cell function?
They serve as descomposers and fermenting, thay also live in our digestive system decomposing the food.
What are eukaryotic cells?
Eukaryotic cells are complex cells, they have a membrane bound nucleous and also contain organelles inside the mebrane.
What organelles have the plant cell that eukaryotic cells don’t?
plant cell have plastids, cell walls and vacuoles.
Main differences between prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells
prokaryotic cells don’t have a membrane bound nucleous, instead of an elaborated replicate or reproduce process like eukaryotes, prokaryote cells divide by binary fussion; prokaryotic cells doesn’t need oxygen to do their metabolic functions.
