A

Centre on the mid-thigh and include tibial tuberosity

What is the procedure for a AP distal femur

A
  1. Get patient to lie down on the table
  2. line them up with the bucky and cassette
    * check if pt is in mid of table by looking head side
  3. Ask for consent to touch their thigh
  4. Centre & collimate
  5. Place marker and internally rotate 5 deg
