Governance encompasses the mechanisms through which organizations, and those in control, are held accountable.
What are internal requirements?
Internal requirements are the policies and procedures regarding portfolio, program, and project work.
Internal requirements help to ensure that these endeavors are within the strategic plan of the organization and that they contribute to the delivery of specific benefits or value.
Internal requirements can include quality control measures, ethical standards, and operational protocols.
For the fire department, it’s our rules and regulations and our standard operational procedures.
