Project goal, Deliverable, Schedule, Information management software and Project management software
Project Team
Responsible for the development of the new information system
What are the 3 aspects included in the project team?
Project leader/manager, System analysts and Programmers
Project management tools
To document and communicate what each task is, who completes the task, when the task is to be completed and how much money is available to complete each task

Gantt charts, Journal and diaries, Funding management plan and Communication management plan

Understanding the Problem
Is the first stage in the system development cycle. The objective of this stage is to determine the purpose and requirements of the new system. The exact nature of the problem must be determined and whether it can be solved by an information system.
