• Review of a completed project after the client has occupied it
• Usually around 3-6 months
• Not a standard service but can be added with G802 amendment to professional services agreement
○ Preferable so that the statute of limitations starts on the day of substantial completion and not after
• An informal (non paid for) POE can be undertaken at the architects expense for the benefit of the firm
• Good for maintaining client relationship and good for evidence based design
Important to evaluated what worked and what didn’t work
