28) Terminally ill client wishes to hasten end of life? Up to counselor if they want to break or not break confidentiality after consulting with appropriate sources
29) Work to jointly form counseling plan (counselor and client)
30) Treatment team work? Must be disclosed to client

31) Small gift from counseling client? Accept only if culturally appropriate and if gift is small (typically <$20) and motivation behind gift is acceptable
