Explicit Bias

Implicit Bias
Refers to unconscious attitudes or stereotypes that influence behavior and decision-making without the person being aware of them.
Subtle but pervasive, affecting judgments in ways people may not consciously intend.
Biases
Prejudices in favor or against the thing, person, or group compared with another
Prejudging in a positive or negative way
Unconscious Bias
Set of automatic preferences deep in our brains that instantaneously influence our decisions and how we perceive people and situations without our conscious awareness
