A

- assess professional experiences and recording and documenting insight to aid their learning and identify opportunities to improve
- allows individual to continually improve quality of care they provide and gives multidisciplinary teams opportunity to reflect and discuss

what does peer discussion involve

A
  • peer doesn’t have to be a pharmacist, but must understand your role
  • choose someone who can be objective, shouldn’t have too close a personal relationship
  • can be in 1 sitting or several shorter one can be conducted at any time, in person or remotely
  • its not intended to be a review of a pharmacists performance
  • recorded on peer discussion form
