A

Dyson took legal action against hoover after they launched ‘vortex’ vacuum cleaning after using a process similar to Dysons dual cyclone vacuum. They had infringed Dysons patent which damaged Dyson. However, hoover received an injunction and were banned from using the technology even after the patent had expired
