A blend of grapes from younger vines in several vineyard sites. Fermented in tank and aged 12 months on the lees. Originally called Les Coulées, as coulées is the local word for the nearby valleys. Nicolas Joly said the name was too similar to his Coulée de Serrant, so it was renamed La Jalousie (meaning “the jealousy”).
