Tactical Procedures

Seizing property
Responsibility of seizing authority until transferred or properly destroyed
Officer seizing maintains chain of custody, provides history from time seized to court
Chain of custody is on CG5217 or DD 1149
Asylum Request
Granted by authorities requesting protection from persecution or torture
Meets definition of refugee
CO/OIC may grant temporary asylum request
Ensuring a space is deemed safe
Gas Free Engineer

Competent person deemed by CO
