Commuter villages -
Settlements which have a proportion of the population living with them, but who commute out regularly to larger settlements either nearby or further away,
Yate (Bristol) commuter village -
12 miles away from Bristol town centre, average house price of £211,500. Yate has invested in improving its transport infrastructure to facilitate commuting. This may include enhancements to road networks, public transportation services, and cycling infrastructure.
