What are individual needs?
The idea that using someone else’s training plan will not always work for you. Everyone has a different starting point. For instance a first time marathon runner will not be able to complete an experience to runners routine.
What is specificity?
Touching the training to the requirements of the activity. All sports will have different ways to train. For instance, a winger and a goalkeeper will have different training require requirement.
What is progressive overload?
Gradually increasing the amount of overload to improve fitness overloading does not mean too much it just means your max. This will improve muscular end insurance
What is the FITT principle
Frequency
Intensity
Time
Type
Overtraining
Hitting a good level of training so you wont get injured
Reversibty
Gradually losing fitness instead of progressing or remaining at the current
level.
