What are individual needs?

A

The idea that using someone else’s training plan will not always work for you. Everyone has a different starting point. For instance a first time marathon runner will not be able to complete an experience to runners routine.

A

Touching the training to the requirements of the activity. All sports will have different ways to train. For instance, a winger and a goalkeeper will have different training require requirement.

A
