Modulation
How the speaker projects confidence (uses posture, appearance, engagement)
Stage Presence
A way to convey emotions or mood
Facial expressions
Helps in emphasizing (use of gestures) a certain point
Movement
Refers to a connection between the receiver and sender
Rapport
Additional principles to remember when delivering a speech:
Use a conversational style, Eye contact, Adjust volume according to venue, Vary pace and pitch/tone, Master your voice, Use pauses when emphasizing, Pronounce/enunciate words correctly, Avoid fillers/expressions that substitute actual words, Stand straight, Use precise movements, Avoid poker face/highly animated face
