What is the definition of Assessment?
Per Sattler (2001) - a systematic process of arriving at an understanding of the individual’s strength and limitations to make informed decisions about the individual.

Use assessment techniques that are deemed appropriate per the research for the population being tested
Adequate psychometric properties (or justification) is required

If court ordered clarify the procedures and limits to confidentiality
