A

Whether an action is right or wrong from absolute values rather than the consequences of the action.

What is utilitarianism?

A

A type of consequentialism that looks at benefits and harms to individuals but also society as a whole; look at the consequences.
Utilitarianism holds that the most ethical choice is the one that will produce the greatest good for the greatest number.

What does duty of candour involve?

A

Being honest with patients when things have gone wrong and apologising when necessary. Also being honest to your employer and being able to raise concerns about peers if needed.
