Q

Signage about primate conservation at Santa Ana

A

There was one large sign that listed the primate species in the area and next to their species name it gave their conservation status of each primate. There was also another sign in a different spot that talked about the conservation status of the Golden lion Tamarin and the Black and White Ruffed Lemur specifically as vanishing exotic species. Captive breeding brought back the Golden lion tamarin from extinction and 1993 was when the first captive born Black and White Ruffed Lemur raised babies in the wild after being reintroduced
