Clinical breast exam
Every 1-3 years beginning at age 20
>40: annual clinical breast exams
Mammography >40 years annually
Clinical pelvic exam
19-20 years old: only when indicated
>21 years old: Annually
Cervical cytology
> 21 years: Every 2 years
30 years: Every 3 years after 3 consecutive negative results OR after negative HPV DNA test and cervical cytology
65 years: Consider discontinuing if patients has >3 normal tests in a row and no history
Chlamydia and gonorrhea testing
Annually, if <25 years and sexually active
Bone mineral density screening
> 65 years old, screen no more than every 2 years
Colorectal cancer screening
> 50 years old, screen once every 10 years
African Americans: >45 years old screen once every 10 years

> 45 years old, every 3 years
