Need for antibiotics

< 18 hr no prophylactic abx required
>18hr Prophylactic ABx required intrapartum (when labour commences)
If known GBS positive then offer induction with IV oxytocin and intrapartum prophylactic ABx.
If known GBS negative offer expectant management or induction with IV oxytocin.
If unknown offer a low vaginal and rectal swab for GBS culture
