3-Eat a nutritious diet and stay well hydrated.
4-Keep your skin clean and dry. Apply moisture barrier creams to protect your skin from sweat, urine and stool.
5-Participate in physical therapy exercises.
6-Seek help to quit smoking. Nicotine slows wound healing.
