Conditions of President’s office
not be a member of-
House of Parliament or
House of the Legislature of any State
Oath and affirmation make and subscribe in the presence of-
the Chief Justice of India or,
in his absence,
the senior-most Judge of the Supreme Court
Charge of impeachment of President shall be preferred by-
either House of Parliament
the resolution proposal to prefer charge is moved after at least 14 days’ notice in writing signed by not less than-
1/4th of the total number of members of the House
resolution has been passed by
2/3rd of the total membership of the House
