Let’s say the cost of Energy doesn’t go up, (reference chart) that is a lot of money to waste on heating and cooling your home.

The problem is you can’t control what the energy companies are charging you. You can only control how much energy you consume, which is largely based on how energy efficient your home is.

By making the home more energy efficient you’ll be using less energy and therefore should save a substantial amount of money.

It is not just the cost of energy that is on the rise, but also the rise in abnormal weather patterns and storms

Im sure you’ve noticed the extreme weather we’ve been having the past 6+ years right, it nuts.

When people think of these super storms, people warn against windows being blown in and glass exploding.

The problem with most windows, if there is excessive rain or a really heavy storm, water can actually penetrate the window and cause a leak resulting in water getting into your wall cavity
The issue is you cant see it. There is no way to know this happening until it’s too late.
