1. Object to subject (attention to change in nom + acc)
2. Conjugate the verb ‘werden’ to suit the new subject
3. Include past participle of verb at the end

Ex1.
Ich hole sie vom Bahnhof ab => sie wird vom Bahnhof von mir abgeholt

I am picking them up from the train => They are being picked up form the train by me.
