What is the difference between Past and Present Perfect?
Present perfect is used to talk about actions that started in the past and continue to the present
I’ve lost my keys and I can’t get into my house -> I don’t care WHEN I lost the key, the result is still here.
They’ve missed the bus (= they will be late)
I’ve already eaten (= I’m not hungry)

- I’ve been to the UK

With an unfinished time world (today, this week, this month, this year).
- We’ve already repaired our car twice THIS YEAR.
- You’ve already done so many things TODAY.
