• Inj. Hydrocortisone Hemisuccinate 100mg IV stat

100 mg to be given slow IV stat ; repeat 100mg every 6th hourly
• Salbutamol2.5 mg+ Ipratropiumbromide 1.5mg nebulization
3ml of Salbutamol and Ipratropiumto be combined and given as nebulization over 30 minutes

• Endotrachealintubation and mechanical ventilation if needed
• Treat chest infections with interval antibiotic therapy
• Correct dehydration and acidosis with saline + sodium bicarbonate
