• Routine- “boring jobs”
– Re-write drug charts
– Prescribe fluids
– Prescribe new unfamiliar drugs
– Prescribe old drugs in absence of results

what sort of things should u be careful when prescribing a drug and thing u should avoid?
- make u sure u write the drug name
- clear handwriting (Legibility) > pharamcist may read it wrong
- avoid abbreviations!
- write the exact amount of in words and how much the total amount will be
- dont wirte the route of the drug in multiple different ways!
