What are prepositional reflexive pronouns?
These serve as the object of a preposition and reflect back to the subject of the verb. They are the equivalent of the English pronouns ending in “-self” and “-selves” that have the same function.
What are the prepositional pronouns?
Me: mí
You (familiar): ti
You/him/her/it: sí
Nos: nosotros
Them/you (plural): sí
I bought it for myself.
Lo compré para mí.
You bought it for yourself. (familiar)
Lo compró para ti.
**Ti **can be followed by mismo:
Confía en ti mismo. (Trust in yourself)
You bought it for yourself. (formal)

Usted lo compró para usted.
Sí is often followed by mismo.

Maria bought it for herself.
