Negative self talk (i feel worthless), thoughts of suicide (i wish i was never born), guilt(i feel like its my fault), change in grades (im falling behind in school), mood swings ( i have been very sad), fatigue (i dont want to get up in the morning), drugs and alcohol usage ( drugs can make me feel better)

study group, hobbies, humor, vacation, see problems ad challenges, journal writing, care for pets, be flexible, increase sleep, listening to music, meditation, proper diet, exercising, talking, time management
