Nursing intervention for a woman with eclampsia
tonic-clonic seizure
tonic- preliminary signal, back ache, arm and legs; last for 20 secs
clonic- seizure up to 1 minutes; remain cyanotic
period of time immediately following a seizure; brain recovers
post-ictal stage
