50 mL plain lotion add 4 drops Roman Chamomile, 4 drops sweet orange, 2 drops lemon oil - apply to stomach
Oil for stretch marks
Mandarin/Tangerine oil in jojoba oil (breasts, buttocks, abdomen) massage daily. Can use calendula and St.John’s Wort oil from end of fourth month until 6-7 weeks after brith.
Oil for first trimester (upper limb massage & leg cramps)
Neck/shoulder/face massage:
Mandarin
Leg Cramps:
Foot bath with 4 drops geranium, 8 drops lavender, 4 drops grapefruit (add 4 drops total to bath)
Oil for second trimester (full body massage & stretch marks)
Full Body Massage:
2 rosewood, 4 lavender, 3 grapefruit, 2 chamomiles, 1 sandalwood
* 12 drops in 30mL carrier oil - enough for 2-3 massages*
Stretch Marks:
80% almond oil, 10% wheat germ, 10% avocado
35 drops orange, 18 lavender, 3-4 sandalwood (to 100 ml)
Third Trimester (Labour Inducing)
100 mL Castor oil
1: 12 chamomile, 7 rose, 8 jasmine, 18 clary sage
2: 12 chamomile, 18 clary sage, 10 thyme, 10 nutmeg, 6 aniseed, 10 lavender
Post Natal Depression
10 drops geranium, 10 grapefruit, 10 mandarin
Oil for Infants
Lavender & roman chamomile
Blend 1-3 drops to 60mL carrier oil or lotion
Diffuse 1-2 drops of either in bedroom
Colic:
Massage tummy in small circles with roman chamomile in carrier oil
Chicken Pox:
Lavender & Peppermint oils (only kids >3 yrs)
