Clean, not cracked and securely mounted
Front clearence lights must be Amber in color
Check under the vehicle

Fluids
Oil level between add and full
Coolant level between cold and hot
Power steering between add and full

(Must say power steering is belt or gear driven)
Engine compartment systems check
Water pump
Securely mounted, bolts tight, and not leaking
Engine compartment systems check
Alternator
Securely mounted, bolts tight, and wires secure
Engine compartment systems check
Master Cylinder
Not leaking, and break fluid level between Add and Max
Engine compartment systems check Engine Belt(s)
Not cracked or frayed, and tension between 1/2” to 3/4”

Engine Hoses
Not split, cut and leaks. Ensure clamps are tight
Steering and axle checks
Steering box
Secure and not leaking
Steering and axle checks
Steering linakage
Must check from box to wheel
Steering and axle checks
Leaf Springs
Are in alignment, non broken, and not rusted
Must check BOTH front and rear Spring mounts
Steering and axle checks
U-Bolts
Not shifted and nuts are tight
Steering and axle checks
Shock absorbers
Is straight, bolts tight, and not leaking
Brake checks
Brake lines
Are not kinked, cut, or swollen
NO LEAKS
Brake checks
Brake line fittings
Are secure. Not bent or broken.
NO SIGNS OF LEAKS!
Brake checks
Brake Drum or Rotor
Free from oil and grease.
Smooth and secure
Brake checks
Brake shoes
Have more than 1/4” pad with no chips or cracks
Tire checks
Front tire
Has a minimum of 4/32” tread depth.
No cuts or bubbles in the sidewalls.

Valve stem
Not cracked or twisted or leaking.
Secired with a cap
Tire check
Tire pressure
Must check with a guage
Tire check
Rim
Has good bead to the tire.
No after-market welds
Tire check
Lug nuts
Tight, and none missing.
No sign of rust trails
Tire check
Wheel axle seal
Not leaking, and bolts in place.
Proper fluid level. ( if has sight glass)
