Normal, healthy patient
- Excludes very young and old
- No organic, psych, or physic disturbance`

- No COPD, peripheral neuropathy
- Pregnancy

- Imune modulating nutrition
- Obesity = mortality

- Consider H2, PPI antacids to prevent pulm aspiration syndrome
