the same as those for an FH conveyance

in addition (where applicable):
* information about LL’s insurance policy
* FH/headlease title
* the headlease
* lender’s consent to lease

who prepares the report?

as with a FH conveyance, T’s solicitor will prepare a report for their client informing them of the outcome of the searches and advice etc
